He never brought up the other Kia Soul on the lot. No high pressure sales. No trying to steer me to a more expensive option. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. No Hassle, Honest Dealership I was on the search for an electric vehicle when I came across a 2015 Kia Soul EV + through Silver Star. After inquiring through Car Guru about the ve I was on the search for an electric vehicle when I came across a 2015 Kia Soul EV + through Silver Star. After inquiring through Car Guru about the vehicle, Oganes was quick to contact me and was very accessible by calling and texting. He took his time to do research on the vehicle, and it showed in how we discussed the pros and cons of competing models. When I explained the new incoming bill where electric vehicles pay 200/ year for registration, he was willing to negotiate in light of that. All in all, I consider this dealership to have been honest, direct, and knowledgeable about their products. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More
