The service writers were both very nice. waited 3 wks for a part.was given loaner cars, not very clean, either of them..was not impressed with older service manager, no cust. I made the mistake of trying another dealer in Santa Rosa because it was closer. Never again! I’ve since returned to Silveira where I purchased the truck. Every time has been a great experience.
