Good service, but did not feel safe during COVID 19 My service took about an hour and a half, which wasn't bad for the amount of work I had to get done. However, my only complaint is that the majority of the staff walking around the entire dealership were not wearing mask or social distancing. I definitely felt uncomfortable being there once I saw this. Especially since they had already closed because of an employee testing positive for COVID 19. I wish they would take better precautions. Oil and Filter Change It was time for a oil change the mechanic changed oil and filter, checked the other fluids added washer fluid, , and rotated the tires.. Great service department that does what it is supposed to do. They schedule a time for me to arrive for an oil change and I’m in & out in less than an hour. They also check other items under the hood and notify me when it’s time to change out a cabin or air filter. Very organized, pleasant & knowledgeable. They take the time to patiently answer my questions which I appreciate. Jessie & Amanda work in the office scheduling appointments and explaining the cost. They are both very nice and professional. This will be the only dealership that will service my 2016 Tundra. The service manager, Jim Shirley, keeps the service department running smoothly. His years “in the business” really highlight his vast knowledge of Toyotas and how to run an efficient service department with complete transparency. Plus, he’s just a really nice guy! More

Decent/average service. Didn't really go above and beyond. Had to go back in to get them to put air in my tires so the sensor would go off after they did a tire rotation.
