This is “iffy”. I requested a package online. I was told it had been canceled with no explanation. I was not very happy about it, but the advisor did offer a small discount on the services performed. Silsbee Toyota Service is top notch I was due for new tires, brakes, fluids, and a battery (70,000 service). Jessie gave me quotes... of course I shopped around first. 6 month/5000 mile scheduled maintenance. Had an appt. for 11:30 and it was 1 hour from then that they even got my car to start working on it!!
