I have used this dealership for many, many years in servicing my Toyota. This past experience has been the worst. My appointment was at 11 AM. It was almost 40 minutes before my vehicle was ever taken servicing my Toyota. This past experience has been the worst. My appointment was at 11 AM. It was almost 40 minutes before my vehicle was ever taken back for an oil change. When checking me in for my service appointment, Lisa was not very friendly and was blunt when answering my questions despite me being respectful and only seeking answers. The other lady at check-in rudely interrupted me when I was asking Lisa about a coupon. This was very unprofessional since Lisa was my "writer." Neither of them cared to understand my questions and basically shut me down by not listening to me. I am deeply saddened by this experience especially since I have consistently used this dealership for all my servicing since 2018 when Jessie and Mason were writers together. If this is the new level of service that Silsbee Toyota has, then I will be looking for another Toyota dealership. More
