The best car buying experience I have ever had was at Silsbee Toyota. We were met with a friendly and welcoming sales member as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle. We specifically asked for Mrs. Ruby Silsbee Toyota. We were met with a friendly and welcoming sales member as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle. We specifically asked for Mrs. Ruby Holland and was brought right to her office. We discussed what we are looking at with our trade in and credit and what we kind of vehicle we were looking for. Mrs. Ruby didn't try to talk us into buying something we didn't want like the other dealerships have. She made sure we were constantly updated on the process of financing the truck we wanted. We were treated with respect and kindness by every person in the dealership. They were able to get us into the vehicle we wanted and got our monthly payments where we wanted them as well.
