Very impressed w/the status of your service to the customer. Updates and letting customer know what state plus pictures of what was being done was amazing. There was an unfortunate incident when a part got broken and a replacement part had to be delivered. My 10:00 appt lingered until later in the afternoon but I was kept informed of the situation. Offers were made to drive me home but I chose to wait until repairs were made. Very happy and will return for service. More
