After going to many other dealerships looking for a specific style of vehicle and leaving disappointed I found the truck I currently own from Silsbee Toyota. I had a semi stict budget and a pre-approval I was not going to deviate from. Instead of haggling me about numbers and pushing to finance through their lenders they respected my boundaries and worked with me to their best abilities making it probably the most pleasant interaction I've ever had with a dealership. Josh Gonzales, the salesman I dealt directly with, answered all my questions as honestly and thoroughly as possible. Anything he was unsure on he quickly got me an answer for. Every other dealership I went to prior felt like I was fresh meat in a field full of vultures as soon as I stepped on their lot. That was far from the case here. The entire process was extremely simple and pleasant. For these reasons Silsbee Toyota has earned a customer for life from me. Thank you to Josh Gonzales and the rest of the sales team for making this rather large and potentially stressful purchase as simple and convenient as possible. I will be recommending Silbee Toyota to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle from now on. More
