Jason Elmore was great!!! I drove from Orange to Silsbee yesterday to look for the best idea about what kind of new car I possibly would want to buy. Maybe even to replace the Dodge Charger I have been in since 2010, (with a mere 152,400 miles on it. Nothing to do but to drive a 2018 Toyota. My salesman, Jason Elmore, knew more about his product than anyone I had dealt with in Orange, Pt. Arthur or surrounding area. The dealership did not pressure us into buying, they basically just asked what would it take to make the sale and if they couldn't do it they would state how close they could get. Wonderful car buying experience with Tracy! I decided it was time to trading in my Toyota 4runner for a new Highlander, car buying is not something I have ever enjoyed, but Tracy Poland immediat I decided it was time to trading in my Toyota 4runner for a new Highlander, car buying is not something I have ever enjoyed, but Tracy Poland immediately put me at ease by her very friendly manor. I was treated with respect, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and no high pressure sales pitch. She listened to everything I said, and helped me find just the right vehicle. She showed me everything about my new car, and helped me set up all the new features. She and Ben Burla followed me home and help set up my garage door remote, which was far beyond what most salespeople would do. I highly recommend going to Tracy Poland at Silsbee Toyota, for anyone who is shopping around for a new car. More

Attitude black Toyota Camry 2015 with relatively High mileag I had a GOOD exeperience dealing with the sale representatives (Ms. Patty and Mr. Jason). Both of them were amazing!! However, I felt like more could I had a GOOD exeperience dealing with the sale representatives (Ms. Patty and Mr. Jason). Both of them were amazing!! However, I felt like more could have been done on the upper managerial level. The car was somewhat overpriced for a used vehicle. Have I not had my back against the wall, i would have not purchased it. Time permitted, I'd have certainly found a better deal somewhere . The purchased vehicle had a relatively high mileage compared to the vehicle's year. Stains on the bumper were very noticeable. Looked like car ignition key would be an issue down the road. Those were the few items i noticed and brought to the upper management attention via Patty and Jason hoping something would be done. Nonetheless, nothing was done pricewise. Also, manager should make sure to add up/ run his numbers correctly as this litteraly impacted the time to conclude the deal in a timely manner. Drive out price was listed incorrectly and this made me request an additional amount on the approved loan. Also, please give buyers options to choose when it comes to some extra stuff. Etching and other fees were added. when I said i would like them to be removed because i don't need them, the answer i got was "that's our policy". Why adding such an option/feature on a used vehicle and make the customer pay for it ? Something needs to be done at that level. One last note, do not insist to finance a customer who already have his/her own financing option available. I think that's unethical. I hope this feedback will serve as a means to improve Silsbee managerial aspect. Yours Sincerely More
