As a woman, car shopping is extremely frustrating due to the amount of mansplaining and undermining- I personally shopped at 6 different Fords in the Denver area and Sill was by far the most respectful, hon the amount of mansplaining and undermining- I personally shopped at 6 different Fords in the Denver area and Sill was by far the most respectful, honest/transparent, and smoothest experience you could want when purchasing a new vehicle. This was our first time purchasing a new vehicle and Sill-Terhar Ford was great! The best part of the experience was Ryland. Quit their Quick Lane service due to the management's arrogant attitude when mistakes were made, blaming me for not getting a call to pick up my car..."t must be your cell service" I was told. What a joke! More

Don’t speak with sales manager Fred White. I am extremely shocked at Fred’s attitude and the fact he is treating a Volvo customer with the most disrespect possible. Rude and extremely unprofessional. Completely unacceptable, especially when the dealership and Roman dropped the ball on this. Rather than offer to reschedule for another day or a solution, Fred rolled his eyes and kicked my parents out of the dealership. It clearly is not my parents’ fault. This dealership refused to accept my parents’ XC90 return on 8/27/22. They were rudely turned away and was told that they only accept lease returns on Saturdays by appointment. See pic attached. I specifically contacted the dealer 2 days in advance and the customer service person, Roman, responded to the email to come closer to 9AM, but the earlier the better. My parents came shortly before 9AM, as instructed, but was rudely turned away and told they needed an appointment to return the car on Saturdays. Horrible customer service. I will be reporting this issue to Volvo customer service as well. Sales manager Fred also stated that because the lease originated from another dealership and that dealership is less than 50 miles from this location, my parents can take the car there instead. He rolled his eyes and stated “you can go”. Seems like discrimination to me. More
The sales guy was nice. .. then he stopped returning my calls and texts after they found out they couldn't get me the car I was looking for. To make things worse they are trying to keep my $1000 deposit AFTER NOT getting me the car they promised. No problem, I have a great relationship with my credit card company. I hope they don't mind a chargeback, I should have my refund from Visa in about 10 days.... forcefully given back to me. LOL. No problem, I bought from someone ethical. Look at all the OTHER bad reviews about these folks if you think about buying from them at all. I should have read the warnings. (be warned) More
Took my truck for diagnosis and that same night it was stolen. I used to like sill tehar because of the price vs others dealerships but after this I'll NEVER take any of my cars there. You would figure they have better security or ateast lock up the gates but clearly not. So if you take your car there take everything out from it if you drop it of or even wait for the service. Extremely disappointed in their security. All I got was tickets for an event but that does not and will not compensate for my beautiful F250. And when I asked for security footage they told me it records when it wants to. Another thing, it took them nearly a week to send me the footage of the theft from the security cameras and thats a red flag for me as it makes it seem like an inside job So if you have your car there make sure to remove all items and keep calling them for an update. More
