I shopped online and decided on a 2012 Black Ford Edge Limited (loaded) although other colors were intriguing. I opt'd to do an internet quote from one of the car sites and received many offers from ALL o Limited (loaded) although other colors were intriguing. Dan at Sil-TerHar gave me the first quote and it was the lowest for several days. Other dealers started high and eventually met the Sil-TerHar price. I knew I had a good price once I got a quote below the Sil-TerHar price. Dan met that price and my wife arranged to go to the dealer to double check the colors and ask questions. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and Sil-TerHar had the best selection of colors and models to compare against. A week later we both went back to the dealer and test drove the car. Dan KNOWS these cars inside and out and explained any and everything in as much detail as we wanted. Next, Chris in the finance department was friendly, informative, helpful, and didn't pressure us to get any of the extra warranties and such that we didn't want. We purchased the vehicle for EXACTLY what was indicated on our internet quote. The whole process took approx 2.5 hours (I wish this could have been shortened by an hour). This is my second vehicle from this dealership and both experiences were professional and pleasant. Also note: The Sil-TerHar service center offers free on-site Enterprise car rental if you purchased your car there and your vehicle is in need of service. I hope I don't need this (as my 97' Ford Ranger needed it several times), but it's nice to have just in case!! Also, the Sill-TerHar service center always treated me well and never instructed me to get any unnecessary fixes (I repaired my own cars for 20 yrs). More

I felt like the sales staff was very straight forward with no pressure to buy or spend more than I wanted to. They listened and were receptive to what I wanted. I had been to the lot a few time in the last year to look around and never once felt pressured. The finance department was also great. It took less than 3 hours from arrival to departure to drive out in a new car, signed and sealed. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!! More

Jeff was great to work with. He wasn't pushy at all. He was honest all the way through and worked hard to get us the truck we wanted. So instead of getting the new truck right away with the tailgate we didn't want, we went back to Jeff at Sill Terhar and were willing to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the truck we wanted. We purchased a Ford Edge through Jeff Callies in November of last year. Our experience was very positive so i returned to him last week to purchase a truck. Go Ford had a truck with the right amount of options at the right price and was able to offer a lower interest rate. This was done without a great deal of haggling. Regardless, if we were to buy another vehicle, we will always give Jeff the first shot at our business. He is knowledgeable, honest and very easy to work with. Jeff did not fail in selling us a car and i would recommend him to friends and family. More

Over that year I met Angela Boese, a sales rep who works at Sill Terhar so I told my husband to go see her when he got the new car bug again this year. He called me about 30 minutes after meeting Angela to tell me what a nice person she was and that they were going for a test drive. Two hours later he asked me to come down to Sill Terhar to see the new Edge he just bought!, That evening as we were driving around in his new car he talked as much about Angela and her kindness as he talked about his new wheels. We were just thrilled with how laid back, patient and informative Angela Boese was and we couldn't give her a higher recommendation!! More
