Ifound the car that I was searching on the internet. The live chat person (Jessica McDaniel) was very helpful and courteous. I also spoke with Dan O'Bryan on the phone for more specifics. When I visited the dealership, I wass greeted promptly and as that day was a day off for Jessica and Dan, Jeffrey Callies immediatly took over and handled our visit with the utmost of professionalism. We were impressed with his product knowledge and expertise. After visiting 3 other dealers to check on similar vehicles, we returned and purchased the Ford Explorer. We had a very difficult time at other dealers over a weekend trying to find a new family car. The other dealers continually tried to bait us into higher priced cars. We walked into Sill-Terhar, told them our price limit and what we were looking at. Dan O'Bryan took us over to his table, pulled up vehicles in our range, never attempting to sell us anything more expensive. Not only did we end up buying from Dan and Sill-Terhar, we purchased 2 cars at once because of the great service we received, the fantastic price on our trade in, and the deal we received on our cars. I would highly recommend going to Sill-Terhar first for your next car. More

These guys don't seem to understand how people buy cars these days. I felt like I was in chummed water with sharks closing in. I did not and will never buy a car from these people. When they found out we were waiting to settle on my wrecked vehicle with the insurance company they told us that we had gone as far as we could with the sales process. At that point all I had done was test drive a comparable vehicle. Our intent was to use the time we had available (our 2 year old was with a sitter) to test a few vehicles and understand current pricing, rebates, incentives etc so that when the settlement was complete we would be able to move quickly (and intelligently) on a new vehicle (and not tote a 2 year old around the metro area looking for a new car). The salesman was nice and knowledgeable during the test drive but when he brought over the GM we were immediately put on hold. He did want to "help" us out though by having our wrecked Mercury transported to their body shop for a comparative estimate on repairs. Although I am being told it is a misunderstanding I still presume that they just wanted to have all of the cash available numbers from the vehicle loss so they could get the most out of me in the purchase of a new vehicle. Ultimately, they may have actually had good intentions but they did not take the time to understand my situation, needs and wants and the thought of giving them my business turns my stomach. If they were reputable sales folks there would have been more transparency in the process and the numbers I was looking for would have been presented. We ended up working with Schomp Honda and had such a great experience that we have decided to move on a new Pilot. We drove several vehicles, were walked through all of the pricing, discounts, rebates, financing and leasihg options and had the undivided attention of a wonderful salesrep for several hours (he knew that we were not prepared to buy at that point). My last 4 vehicle purchases have been Ford Explorers so this is a tough leap but I am sure I will get much better care from them now and long into the future. More

I got a very good price, and when the truck i ordered was delivered, it had all of the items/specs/packages i had requested. Jeff was a pleasure to work with, and i particularly appreciated that he was great at communicating with me in whatever way worked best for me (text messages, emails, occasional phone calls). On the day I made the actual purchase, i felt like I was treated very well. Perhaps more importantly, I get the sense that this is not the end of the road for us. I feel confident that if i need assistance later on, the staff at Sill Terhar will actually treat me like a customer who spent a lot of money with them, not just an annoying afterthought (which is what you get at many dealers once you have paid for the vehicle). Definitely a good experience. I only buy a new vehicle about once a decade, and I'm glad i chose STH Motors and Jeff Callies for my 2012 purchase. More

I was lucky enough to have John Estrada and Jeff Callies help me look for a new car. Initially, John showed me several models on the lot and took me for a test drive. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was also unique (in my experience) in that he actually listened to what I was looking for rather than pushing his idea of a good vehicle for me. Even when I left after the test drive, he did not push me on returning to the dealership. He was comfortable letting me make that decision. Even though a Ford vehicle was not top on my list at the end of my initial shopping day, I came back to this dealership because of John and because of the cleanliness and atmosphere of the dealership in general. On my return visit, John was working with someone else, so Jeff helped me. Also very attentive to what I was looking for in a car, Jeff was able to thoroughly answer every question I had about the vehicle. His combination of being personable and so technically knowledgeable are again rare and were very much appreciated. Even after the purchase, they continued to provide good service when I brought the car back in for tinting. As just one more example of how well this dealership treated me, they under-quoted the price for one option that I decided to go with. They quickly realized this, but still gave me the previously quoted price without me even having to ask them. They didn't ask to "split the difference", but up front said they would cover it. There may be other dealers who would do this, but unfortunately I have not had the privilege of buying a car from any in my lifetime. More

When my husband and I first arrived at Sill-Terhar Moters we had a chance to look around without pressure, this made a very relaxed atmosphere. It seemed that as soon as we're ready to ask questions here came Greg Johnson to answer them. Greg was very knowledgeable and patient with us, this kept the atmosphere calm and relaxed. My husband test drove 1 of the trucks that he was looking to purchased. We felt that the truck was perfect for us after the test drive accept we decided that we didn't want to spend quite that much. Greg suggested a truck that was in the other lot, still having patience with us (unlike the other 7 dealers that we had been to.) When he brought the truck back to the main building, it was so much more than we expected. With no pressure, Greg gave us a history on the near new truck and we took it for a test drive, it was above our expectations for a vehicle. We explain to greg that we had a few more places on our list to look, we promised to complete our list before we purchased anything. Greg was so understanding and asked us to call him back either way. After going to only one more lions den, who did give us a very good offer on a truck with a huge amount of pressure, we decided we like the way that we were treated at Sill-Terhar. We called Greg and headed right back. When we got to the details of the purchase Greg pointed out that they lowered the purchase price for us, WoW! The finance department got are interest rate down 2.2 lower than what we had gotten pre approved for! This was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The people at Sill-Terhar and Ford know how to run a business and how to treat their customers. Always buy America, Always buy Ford! More
