After several hours with Mark, I felt comfortable in our decision and feel like we received a fair price. We probably could have saved a few hundred dollars if we took a few more days an shopped around more, but at the end of the day, it was not worth it for us and it wouldn't have been fair to Mark who provided us with a wonderful education. I went to Sill-Terhar, about 4 months ago, to test drive the 2012 Focus. Jeff Callies helped me for the demo ride. Other than a thank you email, there were no pestering phone calls.(unlike other dealers where salesmen called incessantly after my inquiries.) Last week, I was ready to buy. I had sold my old car sooner than expected, so I was without transport. Jeff sent someone to pick me up at my home and drive me to the dealership. The car that I was interested in had not arrived, but Jeff arranged a loaner car for me. For a week. That car did not work out, as expected, but Jeff gave me a great deal on an in-stock Focus that fit my needs. He briefed me on the operation, when I picked it up, and did all the Bluetooth and Sync procedures for me. Jeff is why I bought here, and not the dealer nearest my home. If you are looking for a Ford, Jeff is your guy. By the way, the Focus is an awesome car! More
