He gave me a fair price (I looked on Consumer reports), got me the color that I wanted, brought it to my house and hooked my phone up to the Blue tooth which I love. great service and pleasant atmosphere. only one additional charge, no haggling. I got a new car for a great price. they got a car off the lot to make room for their 2013. it was a win, win. I love the car and would recommend their dealership wholeheartedly. More

Walked out with a super price on the vehicle. Walked in at 1:30 pm and drove away at 3:30 pm in my new vehicle--included negotiations, sales document(s) completion, tranfer of personal items from trade-in vehicle to purchased vehicle. Mark was great! For once in my car buying life, the "sales guy" didn't drop me the second I left his desk for the finance desk. The sales manager seemed a little uptight and unyielding the night before I was going to make the purchase, however. The other guy the next day was way more into making sure that since I wss going to buy a 2012 F150 anyway, I was going to get the best price from here. More

We were in the market for a new car and really only wanted to look at what Ford had to offer. I went to Sill-Terhar after I took my friend there to bu her car. They were so nice and non-sleazy I went back to get my car.
