I just leased a new Ford Focus SE 2013 from Sill-Terhar Motors and worked with Jeff Callies. He was exceptionally good. My decision was between and Subaru Impreza, Mazda C3, VW Golf or the new Dodge Motors and worked with Jeff Callies. He was exceptionally good. My decision was between and Subaru Impreza, Mazda C3, VW Golf or the new Dodge Dart - I had discounted the Honda Fit and Toyota Matrix. I choose the Ford because of Jeff. I had the best experience with him compared to the other dealers. He understood what I wanted and worked with me fully aware of the competition. He was responsive and worked the deal. Price per month was a key driver. The Focus was not the highest spec-ed car, was not the best drive (given the AWD of the Subaru in CO environment) nor was the best price - but it was by far the best deal when factoring in the sales and service and trust given that this was going to be a great 36 month experience. I leased the Focus because Jeff was selling it. More

Even after the sale was final and the lights were off in the building, Greg Leonard came outside in the freezing cold Denver weather (it was about 8 F) and helped us sync our phones to our new vehicle. Jeff Callies was very patient and understanding and took the time to work with us and get us the best deal possible and one that we would be happy with. He even went the extra mile by cleaning our new car and assisting the lot attendant so we wouldn't have to wait (keep in mind it was freezing outside and this was all done on his day off). We also had the pleasure of having Jeff Boese assist us. He took my son and myself on a tour of the Jaguar/Austin Martin/Lamborghini lot while some of the paperwork was being processed. He was very pleasant and not your typical dealership management personality. In addition we were in and out of the finance guy’s office in no time (that rarely ever happens). Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a Ford, Lincoln or anything else they sale new or used if you're the type of person that doesn't want to deal with the typical car buying experience most dealers provide.
