Mark was great to work with. He had knew a lot about the C-Max Hybrid Engeri that we were buying and he seemed to love answering all our questions even if we felt stupid asking them. First time buying a car, so was a little nervous going in. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. I never felt pressured to buy and was given the time and space to take a look around. The price we negotiated was good based on my previous research, and I have been very pleased with the quality of my new car to date. I dealt primarily with Tom (although everyone there was helpful). Tom was attentive and the quality and speed of his work was excellent. I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours, but never felt rushed or pressured through the whole process. I highly recommend working with both Tom and this dealership. More
I had left another Ford dealer ( Go Ford in Centennial Co - i will NEVER recommend) that said that the vehicle I was looking for was not avail or any near by ( I also walked out angry over dickering at a H - i will NEVER recommend) that said that the vehicle I was looking for was not avail or any near by ( I also walked out angry over dickering at a Hyundia dealer as well) . I think some of these dealerships could learn a lesson or two from Sill TerHar Ford. We called them to xx stock, told the salesman ( Mike " Opie" while on our way) our financial needs /situation; we walked in ( Opie assisting other customer- Jeff Callie jumped right in...) test drove 2 cars ( w/ TONS of bells and whistle included- NOT negotiated in), sold, papers signed, trades in brought in , drove off the lot in appz that 3 hours. It would have been shorter but I had to go home and clean out my car & take back to the dealer. OH YEAH, and Bo Smith ( 1 of the owners) came by to visit us as well- and treated us like we are part of the family. I have referred several people already and it's been less than 1 week. !! More
Jeff was easy to talk to, easy to get a hold of, and always returned our calls. He explained our options regarding buying new vs. used vehicles and was more than willing to come in on his night off to always returned our calls. Jeff never tried to push us into a sale we we weren't ready for. Dan filled in for Jeff during his vacation, gave us his time to go over the car bumper to bumper, explaining all the options it had. Mark was very upfront and honest with me. Right away, he let me know what he thought he could get the price down to. I had a budget and he only showed me car in that range. We purchased a Ford Edge yesterday. Greg Leonard is very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy. He let us drive several cars without ever asking us if we intended to buy a c professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy. This is the third car we have bought from this dealership since August of 2012. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was knowledgeable and really made sure we were happy from beginning to end. I felt we were given the best price possible for the cars we chose.
