Mark coaxed us in, and he and his finance manager sat down and discussed our options. In less than 30 minutes, they had a solid approval, on a 3 percent loan! On a new truck! It was a great vehicle, great interest rate, and most of all, a great payment plan. There was no pressure, none of that let me introduce you to my boss, and then his boss, and then his boss.
