I visited various Ford dealers in my extended area to test drive, view inventory and start discussions about sales price. Sill-Terhar was the only dealer I visited where I didn't feel like I was simply being told what I wanted to hear. The facility itself is much nicer than others and staff was friendly, but not pushy. After my initial visit to Sill-Terhar Ford, I visited their website to get the email address of the individual I had talked to after misplacing his business card. The site profiles were a pleasant surprise, as they reflect the fresh, fun and family like attitude carried by the staff. Mark Auerback was the liaison for my experience, and did a fabulous job keeping a respectful balance between fair business and support to our needs. Without a doubt I will both visit Sill-Terhar for future automotive needs and recommend them to others. More

We were never pressured into making a purchase - went to a couple of other dealerships prior to/after Sil-TerHar for test drives (different makes/models), so left and came back to make the purchase. The selection was ample and we were extremely pleased with the trade-in on our vehicle as well as the discount they offered us: in both cases it was above and beyond what we wanted out of the deal. Since the purchase of the car, we do feel that the follow-up wasn't quite 100% - we've had to contact the dealership for a couple of things (instead of the follow-up that we were told would occur). However, this isn't a "breaking moment" in regard to how we feel about this experience. However, we feel that dealership policy (seems to be widespread) of only rating a sales experience as a "5 out of 5 or it's a fail" is ridiculous. Constructive feedback is crucial to improvement and I'd like to mention my experience to the dealership, but I won't. That's brutally unfair to the salesmen who helped us. I would recommend this dealership (previously visited Omeara Ford in Northglenn and didn't find it to be favorable) in a heart beat. More
Had a great experience buying a new CX-5 from Tom this week. He's very knowledgable, personable, and efficient about his work - I felt valued as a potential customer, which is not always the case at deal week. We went over tech specs in great detail and I was quickly assured that I could take as many test drives as needed without feeling pressured to buy, which was great for me because I wanted to really think things over and do my research after the initial meeting. I felt I could be very straightforward with Tom during the financing conversation and came away pleased with the deal (Mazda's low APR on CX-5s certainly didn't hurt either). All of the other STH Motors employees that I interacted with were similarly courteous and helpful. I'd recommend trying STH first if you're in the Mazda market. More

WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! We bought a used Volvo from Sil-TerHar and within days of having it the check engine light came on as did the ABS light and the sc DEALERSHIP!!!!! We bought a used Volvo from Sil-TerHar and within days of having it the check engine light came on as did the ABS light and the screen told us “brake failure.” The car would also randomly start and then immediately stall after that it would not start without disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Not to mention they sold us a car that had tires that were completely shredded. It was not until I threatened to take them to the dealership licensing board for selling an unsafe vehicle that they agreed to put new tires on it. You could literally pull off chunks of the tires. It was obvious that this car had to have these issues before they sold it to us. We gave the car to their service department to figure out what was wrong with the car. We are 1.5 years later and the car has been in their service department for longer than it has been in my possession without a resolution. They had it one time for three solid weeks. Lars their head tech even admitted he was tired of seeing this car and that he would not have concurred with its most recent diagnosis until he had done more tests. He was unable to that as the codes had been reset by another tech. $1000 later the car is STILL not running! We went to Beau Smith, the owner of the dealership, to see if he could assist in this process and take a little blame for selling us a faulty car. His best offer was to get us out of our lemon and into a new Ford; all we had to do was more than double our monthly payment. I do have to say that the Volvo is the safest car I have ever owned, you can’t get into an accident if you can’t leave the driveway. END RESULT IS THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF PEOPLE THAT ARE FULL OF IT! More

Mark and Chris ran the numbers, and they came up with financing that I'm comfortable with. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and well worth the trip from Denver to Broomfield.
