Buyer Beware - I purchased a used Volvo from Sil-Tehar in 2010. Jack Sil-Tehar reassured me the car was in excellent condition. I've spent more on repairs on this car that I paid for it. Sill-Terhar was the only dealer I visited where I didn't feel like I was simply being told what I wanted to hear. The facility itself is much nicer than others and staff was friendly, but not pushy. After my initial visit to Sill-Terhar Ford, I visited their website to get the email address of the individual I had talked to after misplacing his business card. The site profiles were a pleasant surprise, as they reflect the fresh, fun and family like attitude carried by the staff. Mark Auerback was the liaison for my experience, and did a fabulous job keeping a respectful balance between fair business and support to our needs.
