We are very sorry that you're frustrated with your vehicle. We have gone back to our records and confirmed that your 2004 XC90 had almost 60,000 miles on it when you bought it. Since then it's had another 40,000 miles driven in the last 3.5 years. Once a car is over a certain mileage, parts begin to wear and fail, which leads to the need for repairs. This wear and tear is the reason that manufacturers limit the warranty on their vehicles. Again we are sorry that you're dissatisfied. - Jack TerHar
