I came to STH because of it's history - being in CO since the mid-90's I knew STH had a great reputation. My visit and subsequent purchase of a 2012 Ford Focus tells it all. The process of buying our used Traverse with salesperson, Mark Auerbach, was smooth, quick and uneventful. Mark was knowledgeable and expedited the process so that we could drive home in our new (used) vehicle that evening. We owe Mark and Finance rep, Russell, a special thanks for staying late for us. Our kids were not actually ready to leave the play area!! Mark followed up with us after the sale to see if we were still happy with the car. Very few - if any - car salespeople pay any attention to you once the deal is done. Mark also stood by his word to mail us a few free oil-change certificates. I can honestly say that I did not expect those to show up in the mail! I will gladly return to the Sill Ter Har dealership and refer all my friends and family there as well. Thank you, Mark, for the exceptional service. PS While briefly waiting with my kids in the play area, an unknown Sil Ter Har salesperson stopped to say "Hi" to my kids. Even though the dealership was closed at this time, he turned around and ran back to his desk only to bring back a small surprise gift bag for each of my children. They were thrilled! I overheard this man say he was on his way home and was starving but he still took the time to address my kids by name, bring them a gift, and thank me for my purchase. He did this knowing he would not benefit directly from my sale - he was just another truly nice person working for Sill Ter Har. More

Working with Jeff Callies at Sill-Terhar Ford was definitely a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had sent out an email inquiry a few months ago as I began my search for a new car. I had emailed multiple dealerships and while I knew what I was looking for in a car, I really didn't have one specific car in mind. Jeff was not only the first to respond to all of my inquiries but was also the most helpful and consistent. He asked follow-up questions to better determine my interest and what I was looking for and immediately offered the opportunity to test drive. With the holidays and because I wasn't in a rush to buy, I was slow to commit. Jeff stayed in contact but was not at all pushy or over-baring (as were many of the other dealership reps). After the holidays, I decided to take Jeff up on the test drive offer. When I arrived at the dealership, Jeff greeted me and my family and went right to work finding me the vehicle that would "make me happy." While I did nothing more than test drive a car that day, Jeff remained helpful but not pushy. The next morning, I received a call from Jeff informing me that if I came back into the dealership that day, he could give me a "phenomenal deal." Anxious to see how this could turn out, I went in. I told Jeff that after test driving the Ford Focus, I realized I was ready for and needed something larger. He suggested the Ford Escape and again, immediately brought one around for a test drive. Realizing that this was the vehicle that best met my needs, we got to work selecting the features. Jeff worked with me for nearly 5 hours in total to make sure that I got the car that would "make me happy." He worked hard with his manager to insure that I was getting the deal I wanted and was able to get me close to what I had been hoping for on my trade-in. Jeff wasn't afraid to go back to his manager to get the numbers closer to what I was comfortable with and threw in a couple small incentives for future service. I left the dealership that night with a new car that I love (and thanks to Jeff, one that I know how to use - there is a lot of fancy technology in this car) and a smile on my face because of the excellent, welcoming, calm, and no-pressure service that Jeff provided for me and my family. Since the purchase, Jeff has contacted me to answer any questions and to schedule and car wash/cleaning since it was snowing the night of purchase. He has remained extremely helpful! When I was switching my car insurance, I found out from my agent that he and his wife also purchased their Ford from Jeff and experienced the same great customer service. I would highly recommend Jeff Callies to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. More

We were contacted by Jeff Callies on the next business day. He e-mailed the information on vehicles that were available and matched what we were looking for. Once we reviewed the information we set up an appointment to meet with Jeff for a test drive. Our visit to the dealership went very smoothly. The employees were all friendly. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Once we decided it was the vehicle we wanted, he made the application process and the decision to lease or buy very easy. The financing was quick and easy. Jeff did a great job going over the features of the vehicle we leased prior to our leaving and made sure we had his contact information in case we needed to call him with questions once we became more familiar with the vehicle. All in all he made the whole experience very pleasurable! More

I enjoyed working with Mark. He was helpful in identifying a corporate discount that I was eligible for. That completely eliminated the brain damage of negotiation. With other dealers in the past it has taken many many hours, but with Mark it was very efficient. A preliminary conversation helped identify what I was looking for and if it existed on the lot. When I arrived the car was pulled up close so that saved time as well. I was in and out in record time. I will definately consider Sill-TerHar in the future. More
