Bill had taken all our info down and submitted it to the Finance Mgr., Kelly for loan approval prior to our visit, so there was no long wait time involved. The dealership as a whole was extremely friendly, from the parts dept. to the service dept. They fully inspected our vehicle and washed and detailed the car too, along with giving us a full tank of gas as a send off. We will definitely tell everyone of our experience and will definitely go there again, when we buy another vehicle. More

We were able to take several vehicles for test drives during each purchase experience and find exactly the features we liked and ultimately find the right vehicles for us. The finance people at Sill-Terhar were also pleasant to work with and didn't jerk us around like other dealerships have done. The amount agreed upon stayed the same from the time we signed the paperwork to making the first loan payment. I don't want to ever buy from another dealership and hope I never have to. More

Always greeted by name, offered a beverage, shown to a comfortable waiting area that doesn't smell like a garage. If they have found something that could be an issue in the future they go over that and give an estimate of a price so I can be prepared for that when the time comes.
