So how long does it take to repair a Jaguar X-type? Well it's been 26 days since my wife and I were told the repairs to her car would take 3 days, now 26 days into this nightmare and don't have the car back it's been 26 days since my wife and I were told the repairs to her car would take 3 days, now 26 days into this nightmare and don't have the car back. So if you're in the market for a new or used car, avoid these guys. One, Sil Tehar does not take responsibility for their messing up a parts order, then over charge for parts they claim they can not find. Two, communication is simply terrible, when you have to call their Jaguar service department to find out what's going on after 10 days, then you're told "We have not got all the parts in." Three and last when there's a comment form their service rep "Well this happens." Simply the worst service I've every seen, had and the sad part, not even "we're sorry." Don't buy or have your Jaguar serviced by these people... More
My work truck broke down somewhat unexpectedly so was forced to find a new truck. Brent did a great job putting me into a new (used) truck without any pressure. Brent did a great job and I left that day with a replacement truck and was able to get to go back to work the next day without missing a beat. The last dealer I worked with was more than 20 years ago and I vowed never to work with one again because it was such a horrible experience. I guess things have changed in 20 years because I wouldn't hesitate going back to this dealer for another car or recommending the dealer to any of my friends. More

John Estrada a great salesperson to deal with - has the up most integrity for himself, dealership and the customer. And his support team was just as great - Jeff and Chris the Finance Officer. My experience with Sill-TerHar Motors was exceptional. I first contacted the dealership through their website and received an email in reply almost immediately (and on a Sunday!) Because I'm more of a visual person, I requested that all offers and information be provided over email instead of over the phone. I could not have been happier with the abundance and quality of information provided to me so quickly, and of all the dealers I contacted this was by far the most professional. The employees at Sill-TerHar were incredibly helpful and friendly. Bill Zimmerman was extremely helpful and personable, and he walked through everything with me without pushing any extras or options on me. Obviously, buying a car is a relatively long process. I was in the dealership for 3+ hours yesterday, but I wouldn't describe the experience as anything but pleasant. While waiting for paperwork and financing, I visited with several of the employees in the showroom, all of whom were friendly and conversational. In the end, I purchased the exact car I wanted, a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with their financing help. I would absolutely recommend Sil-TerHar Motors to anyone buying a new car, and I will use them for all of my future maintenance and services in the future. Overall, this is the best car-buying experience I could ask for. More
