I could not have been happier with the abundance and quality of information provided to me so quickly, and of all the dealers I contacted this was by far the most professional. The employees at Sill-TerHar were incredibly helpful and friendly. Bill Zimmerman was extremely helpful and personable, and he walked through everything with me without pushing any extras or options on me. Obviously, buying a car is a relatively long process. I was in the dealership for 3+ hours yesterday, but I wouldn't describe the experience as anything but pleasant. While waiting for paperwork and financing, I visited with several of the employees in the showroom, all of whom were friendly and conversational. In the end, I purchased the exact car I wanted, a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with their financing help. I would absolutely recommend Sil-TerHar Motors to anyone buying a new car, and I will use them for all of my future maintenance and services in the future. Bill had taken all our info down and submitted it to the Finance Mgr., Kelly for loan approval prior to our visit, so there was no long wait time involved. The dealership as a whole was extremely friendly, from the parts dept. to the service dept. They fully inspected our vehicle and washed and detailed the car too, along with giving us a full tank of gas as a send off. We will definitely tell everyone of our experience and will definitely go there again, when we buy another vehicle. More

My husband and I purchased our first vehicle from Sill-Terhar in mid-2013. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, I did not want to go a Sill-Terhar in mid-2013. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, I did not want to go anywhere else. The salesman we worked with both times, Ralph Winters, was personable, professional, and best of all...not pushy! We were able to take several vehicles for test drives during each purchase experience and find exactly the features we liked and ultimately find the right vehicles for us. The finance people at Sill-Terhar were also pleasant to work with and didn't jerk us around like other dealerships have done. The amount agreed upon stayed the same from the time we signed the paperwork to making the first loan payment. I don't want to ever buy from another dealership and hope I never have to. More
