We went to O'Merara to look at a different color and to check out their pricee. Our experience was there awful. They were very high pressure and the lady knew nothing about the car we were asking to test drive. We knew more about the product she was selling than she did She was insulting as well, she told me I settle for a car the same way I settled when picking my mate. we went right back to Sill-TerHar and made a deal. The finance department was equally as great. More

From the "No Hassle" FUN and informative test drive through a little bit of very easy negotiation, my buying experience was a total pleasure. Mark Auerbach is the premier Mustang Expert on the front range and the Finance guy, Chris is personable and a consummate professional that like the rest of the staff, will not waste a moment of your time. I'm driving the car of my dreams that I purchased from my new friends. More
BEWARE!!!! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership! The service dept is rude and incompetent, the sales staff is deaf to my concerns, and unwilling to help, no matter how much noise I make. If you like dealing with rude, incompetent people who don't care about doing what is right. Then this place is PERFECT! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from STH. I had great experiences in the past, but if this is how they treat a loyal customer BEWARE!!! (*note: my car is a 2014 Ford Focus SE. I bought it a month ago, it has 1,700 miles on it. This car has known transmission issues. Do Not Buy this car! Especially from this unhelpful dealership. The service dept "cannot recreate the issue". I have brought this vehicle in twice now with no resolution. On top of that they want to charge me for the rental because they can't find the problem) BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Update: SillTerhar was gracious enough to let me out of the loan (only after I made a big stink online and with the BBB) I was able to get a different vehicle (which I love) and I was happy.....For about a week. A week after the loan was complete, the finance guy stopped by my house at 8pm on a Saturday night, to re-do some paperwork. He up-sold me several items (which I was looking forward to having) but apparently Ford wouldn't finance the extra options. This is no big deal, but I did spend over 6 hours in the dealership to complete the second loan. I'm confused as to why this wasn't completed/determined when I was there originally. My main issue is that I received a call from Ford credit, saying that I was 30 days late on my Focus payment (?) Seeing as how the vehicle was defective, and I made a $1000 down payment, and returned the vehicle, no payments were made. The loan needed to be retroactively dated to show it was opened on March 1st, and also closed on March 1st. I have now taken a hit to my credit because of this. Last week, I received a voice mail from the sales manager, asking why I returned another poorly rated survey. Upon returning his call today, I was told he was out, and transferred to another "sales manager". As soon as the second sales manager identified who I was, he told me that he wasn't interested in talking to me and promptly hung up on me. I realize that he may have a bad view of me considering that his wife was my original sales person, but I was shocked to have this man treat me with so little respect. I have been a loyal customer (while possibly difficult at times) for over 6 years. I would expect at least a modicum of class and respect. I have had positive experiences with STH in the past, but this dealership has lost me. If you are sure that you will never have any issues, STH is a fine dealership. As soon as there is a problem, you will be hung up on by a "Sales Manager" Ugh More

We didn't expect to be driving a new car home on our first visit but after working with Jeff there was no reason not to. Jeff will be the top recommendation on our list for any friends looking to buy a car. More

So how long does it take to repair a Jaguar X-type? So if you're in the market for a new or used car, avoid these guys. One, Sil Tehar does not take responsibility for their messing up a parts order, then over charge for parts they claim they can not find. Two, communication is simply terrible, when you have to call their Jaguar service department to find out what's going on after 10 days, then you're told "We have not got all the parts in." Three and last when there's a comment form their service rep "Well this happens." Simply the worst service I've every seen, had and the sad part, not even "we're sorry." Don't buy or have your Jaguar serviced by these people... More
My work truck broke down somewhat unexpectedly so was forced to find a new truck. Brent did a great job putting me into a new (used) truck without any pressure. Brent did a great job and I left that day with a replacement truck and was able to get to go back to work the next day without missing a beat. The last dealer I worked with was more than 20 years ago and I vowed never to work with one again because it was such a horrible experience. I guess things have changed in 20 years because I wouldn't hesitate going back to this dealer for another car or recommending the dealer to any of my friends. More
