Sill-Terhar New F-150 Purchase I received great service both prior to my decision to buy (no high pressure sales tactics), after I decided to buy and throughout the purchase process I received great service both prior to my decision to buy (no high pressure sales tactics), after I decided to buy and throughout the purchase process. Finance Manager respected my choices when opting to not purchase additional services (e.g. prepaid maintenance, Interior/exterior protection packages, etc.). As with all new car purchases, they do take some time, but the difference with Sill-Terhar was that the time was spent on productive activities to get us out the door with our new vehicle, and not spending much if any time trying to sell us on the multitude of additional services. I worked with three different sales representatives (over a period of time) and each one basically picked up where the other left off. All were "low key" - no pressure. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want to do. Overall the experience was completely contrary to what in the past was the standard high pressure sales tactics. When we came by the first time just for a test drive, Mark Auerbach assisted us and when we said that was all we wanted to do that day, there was not even a hint of trying to keep us from leaving. Just the opposite, we were told to just let him know if we had any questions, and otherwise wished us a nice day. Overall the experience was quite gratifying. We left with our new F150, just the way we wanted it, with just the add-ons we actually wanted, at a very fair price, and without moment of buyers remorse. I would give high marks to Jeff, Mark, Dan and Chris and the team behind them. Awesome Customer Experience After owning my 2005 Ford Expedition, which was purchased from Sill-Terhar, for almost 10 years, I was in the market for a new truck, and the truck of After owning my 2005 Ford Expedition, which was purchased from Sill-Terhar, for almost 10 years, I was in the market for a new truck, and the truck of my dreams. I went into the dealership where Mark very patiently and professionally walked me through all the latest options and features associated with the various trip levels on the new F-150's. Once I selected the trim level and color, Mark went to work finding me the exact truck to meet those requirements. He then worked with me on my trade-in and introduced me to the financing guys. With everything approved, Mark was able to order the truck and he, the rest of the Sill-Terhar team fulfilled every promise on delivery. Mark even helped me with some accessories and had them installed by the time I arrived to pick up the truck. A truly outstanding customer experience from start to finish, and I am even seeing some great customer follow-up. This is the 5th Ford vehicle I've purchased brand new, and the second from Sill-Terhar.............and I can say that I plan to buy all future Fords from Sill-Terhar! Overall Happy I went to Sill-Terhar to purchase a new truck and decided to go with a Ford Raptor. I purchased the truck though Mark Auerbach without any hassle. Mar I went to Sill-Terhar to purchase a new truck and decided to go with a Ford Raptor. I purchased the truck though Mark Auerbach without any hassle. Mark said the truck would arrive in 4-6 weeks because it was a special order and this was in October of 2013. In November I did not hear any word that the truck had arrived so I called Mark and he investigated the situation. Mark called me and informed me that there was a huge delay at the Ford manufacturing plant in Michigan and they could not ship out the trucks that were waiting to be shipped. I finally received the truck in late April 2014. During the whole time I was in contact with Mark and he was doing everything he could to speed process. Despite the 7 month wait on a truck that was supposed to arrive in November I was glad that it finally arrived. Mark and Bobby Beaudoin were very helpful and made the experience much better. I can not say the same for Greg Larson, the sales manager, who acted unprofessional and was rude when I informed him of the situation. I am very happy with the truck as well as with Mark and Bobby.
