I bought my 2023 CX-9 in November 2023 from the STH dealer. Now in March 2024 my car won’t start. I called service and they said I could have it towed in right away but they couldn’t guarantee someone dealer. Now in March 2024 my car won’t start. Truck sat at dealership for 3 months waiting for clutch replacement. Heard nothing first month, but was finally told first service advisor had walked off the job. Dealer lost first set of car keys so I had to bring over my spare set Now that set has gone missing. Dealer unable to perform any sort of diagnosis or start repair. Had the truck towed to an independent garage for repair today. They are promising repair within a week. More

However, on 12/15/2023 the Ford wrench light appeared on my dashboard indicatin emphasized their service quality and ability to support my purchase. Upon contacting the dealership I was informed that they could not service this critical error until 04/01/2024 (April Fools?). Not sure what is going on with their service department but be aware that they seem to have problems supporting your purchase. More
