Chris Hay was excellent, he knows his cars. He showed us all the options in our price range. I'm not a fan of car shopping because its such a big decision I get nervous, but Chris was great, easy to talk to and very funny, He had answers for all my questions. Next time one of my friends or family in that area needs a car I'm definitely recommending him and Still-TerHar. Thanks Chris! (love my new ride) More

I had to call five different times was told only one salesperson that could help me. But when I called back again. I was put through to someone and they answered phone didn't say a word except went back to personal phone call on cell phone. I the proceeded to ask gorgeous a manager. The sales manager nate Millar said he was that as well I asked if he was the one that decided on all things trades. Price and everything. He responded in a very rude tone. That he was it. After I got more agitated about having to take so much time to try to get information and asked for gm did nate change how he talked. A few minutes later I was called back by a sale manager or person. He blew past my concerns and didn't try to resolve the situation. Seemed more like wanted to get me off phone. He then began to tell me inventory. Which the had 2 new 1 used. That owner drove has 1100 miles if you were to price this car across country. They are overpriced by 35 k on car when you compare to other Lamborghini dealers. Everyone has the right to sell for what they want. But wow threat people with respect. They probably thought I don't have the money or credit for purchase. More

One fairly recent trip to the service department was a complete bust. Three issues were to be addressed. None got fixed and the bill came to over $400. If not for the service department, I'd have given a 5 star rating. More

Sales: Jeff is very knowledgeable about the product he sells. Personable: Jeff is polite, understanding, we called him, text him and he always took the time for us even thru the busiest of days. Great reviews of car dealerships aren't easy to come by or consistent are they? We read'm you read'm. Looking over the Sill-Terhar's reviews you will rarely see anything lower than 5 star. Not very attainable for a restaurant, or for (especially) a car dealership. We purchased an Escape and recently traded it for a F-150 at Sill-Terhar. Each person we dealt with Mark, Bobby, and Robert Von Tempsky (Escape purchase) were beyond a doubt the most professional group while searching for, and finally purchasing the vehicle. Service for our Escape over the years with Sill-Terhar has been outstanding, prompt, and trustworthy. Again......all words you rarely see in a car dealership review. Many of our neighbors have purchased a vehicle at Sill Terhar...... in conversation all always agree on what a great dealership and experience they had. Our belief is that once we research a vehicle to death, find the one we like.....if it is a Ford I give Mark or Robert a call. We shopped and visited other dealerships and found Sill Terhar in a different league for customer service, knowledge, personality and staffing. Doubters, shoppers, researchers...and all together skeptics....I know you! Your're out there! We are one of you..... I got the vehicle I really wanted for a fair price. And the finance office? You know, the " back room with the high-pressure heavies"? Yeah, they were fired 30 years ago. Bobby was all over getting it done w/o any pressure to sell "back end" profit stuff. Jeff, sales manager, was NOT the elusive "back office" guy you never see. He was right there talking with me about the purchase options. You really have to get up there for your next vehicle. It's worth it! More
