My initial experience when leasing the car was fine. Kelly was helpful and easy to work with. Service was acceptable through the lease. Near the end of the lease they emailed me to buy the car. I tried many times to call after the email and nobody answered their phone. I finally used Kelly’s cell. They said they would take the car early and it would be a wash. Then they called a day later to tell me I would have to pay a $1600 fee. I decided to accept even though they said it would cost nothing. I made arrangements to deliver the car and made arrangements with another dealer to buy their car. When I went in we signed the paperwork. I gave them the check. Then we went to sign the odometer statement and we were told they now couldn’t do the deal and I would have to buy out my remaining payments. I believe when you make a commitment, even a verbal commitment, you honor it. We will see if they honor theirs. Their sales manager Cole was very aggressive during the conversation. He clearly isn’t one who cares about building a customer for life. I lease two luxury cars every few years and go where I feel appreciated. A deal that was supposed to be an even deal, at their request, may now cost me $2600. Not ok. Update - after my initial review the sales manager, Cole, decided he didn’t like my review. So he said we shouldn’t do business together. Fair enough. I feel the same way. So I picked up my vehicle and now have two vehicles for the next two months. If you decide to do business with this organization make sure everything is in writing and don’t count on their word. More

I took my Ford F150 into this dealerships service department to get the well known "cam phasor" problem fixed (for the 2nd time, the first time was done under warranty). This time the fix was to be department to get the well known "cam phasor" problem fixed (for the 2nd time, the first time was done under warranty). This time the fix was to be on my dime, to the tune of $4,000. I approved the amount and my only condition was the vehicle be done before I need to take it on my vacation in 3 weeks. They assured me that would happen. As you can guess, it did not happen. Very poor communication about the late delivery (had they told me earlier, I would not have spent $500 on a truck rental). These guys cost me money even by not doing the work. I won't ever use this dealership for service ever again. More

We bought a used EV from them that qualified for a $4,000 rebate. They did not do the paperwork correctly and we have not been able to get our rebate. What can we say, this is our 9th vehicle we have purchased from Jeff at Sill-Terhar Motors. He is always professional and helpful always walking us through new features and staying in contact with u purchased from Jeff at Sill-Terhar Motors. I'm not the easiest person to work with when it comes to sales but Jeff has stuck with us and it has been a great relationship with him and everyone else at the dealership including the finance team. That's what makes their dealership stand it you are in a relationship with them not a business transaction. We live in Castle Rock which is an hour away on a good day. We make the trek to Broomfield because we love this dealership and there are no others near us that compare. Thank you Sill-Terhar and Jeff once again for a great experience with you all. More
