I took my Ford F150 into this dealerships service department to get the well known "cam phasor" problem fixed (for the 2nd time, the first time was done under warranty). This time the fix was to be on my dime, to the tune of $4,000. I approved the amount and my only condition was the vehicle be done before I need to take it on my vacation in 3 weeks. They assured me that would happen. As you can guess, it did not happen. Very poor communication about the late delivery (had they told me earlier, I would not have spent $500 on a truck rental). These guys cost me money even by not doing the work. I won't ever use this dealership for service ever again. More

We bought a used EV from them that qualified for a $4,000 rebate. They did not do the paperwork correctly and we have not been able to get our rebate. What can we say, this is our 9th vehicle we have purchased from Jeff at Sill-Terhar Motors. I'm not the easiest person to work with when it comes to sales but Jeff has stuck with us and it has been a great relationship with him and everyone else at the dealership including the finance team. That's what makes their dealership stand it you are in a relationship with them not a business transaction. We live in Castle Rock which is an hour away on a good day.
