Deceived Bought a used car from them a couple of months ago and the experience was Okay. My husband thought it was good and he gave them much more credit than Bought a used car from them a couple of months ago and the experience was Okay. My husband thought it was good and he gave them much more credit than I did. I actually did not want to purchase a car from them but my husband over rode my decision so I submitted. Tried a second time to make sure I was not too harsh on them, then again FAIL. Told them I was interested in a car Gave SS # and asked them to give me numbers which they were determined that we go in person. Could not go in until after the weekend because of work schedule and by the time Monday came they sold the car we gave a SS # for (Sure purchase). Worst of all they never called us to let us know and we wasted our credit check with them. Bottom line, they made me feel like a number that doesn't count unless they do not have anything better and they simply did not care. So if want to feel like someone cares about your concerns, this is not the place. (but they did try to sell a more expensive car to us) More

Everything was relaxed and we felt like we had known them for a long time. Even Greg Larson made a point to come over and meet us. Then he went out of his way to work and get us extra discounts. The vehicle we were interested in was on the showroom floor. We were fine driving a similar vehicle that was out on the lot. We did and when we got back they had pulled out multiple vehicles in order to get the one out we were interested in the lot to test drive as well. After driving it the rest of the process went very smooth. No pressure to get any additional services we weren’t interested in. Alisa was great helping us with the paperwork and Gigi in customer care has been fantastic setting up the addition services we did select. Overall a great experience and are now part of the Sil-Terhar family! More

Martin is Awesome! Martin is a friendly, knowledgable person who took excellent care of me on two recent occasions. My 2 month old 2019 Ford Edge was having problems and Martin is a friendly, knowledgable person who took excellent care of me on two recent occasions. My 2 month old 2019 Ford Edge was having problems and Martin and his team did a great job diagnosing the issue and keeping me informed about the process. When the part was on back order, he was straight with me about how long it would be and handled the follow up appointment in the same manner as my initial visit.
