Oil change- Poor Service Bought my car there about 2 months ago which was great. I took my car in for my first oil change and had an awful experience. From my first interactio Bought my car there about 2 months ago which was great. I took my car in for my first oil change and had an awful experience. From my first interaction with Jared Robbins to my last he was nothing but rude, ignorant and disrespectful. Did not explain a thing. I got home and looked at my report they gave me and noticed I needed a new air filter and cabin filter which is odd since I just bought the car. I called service manager Tony and he said those two issues were checked off by mistake. Sounds odd. Tony did apologize but basically blew me off and over talked me when I was trying to explain my issue. Their oil change is but one get one, I will get my last then never go back to that dealership..
