I have no idea who javani rivera is. I worked with Emilio Silva and Kevin Eaton. To follow is the feedback I offered Honda corporate when asked about my sales experience: Multiple fai I worked with Emilio Silva and Kevin Eaton. To follow is the feedback I offered Honda corporate when asked about my sales experience: Multiple failure points in the sales process. Critical items include: 1. Financing team significantly understaffed. 2 hour rate after applying online. Sales team set inappropriate expectations on wait time and change order of which client up next (I called xx as sales manager did this within earshot of me 2. Dealer failed to work with insurance company to coordinate registration of car. Note I made the change in coverage and had to call to coordinate all paperwork after I got to the dealer to pick up the car 3. As paperwork was not completed on time I had to make a second trip the following day to pick up the car. Sales manager Kevin Eaton was engaged by salesperson Emilio Silva and made a reasonable atonement offer of all weather floor mats on day 1 of pickup attempts. When questioned why the mats were not in the car for day 2 of pickup the response was we need to order them (I’ll call you when they are in. I’m still awaiting that call Emilio and Kevin. 4. Dealer failed to share all lender options. This is a Fair Lending reg violation. More

This is my 3rd personal transaction with Silko & Heath. First time working with Mike. Between me, my partner and kids we have purchased 6 cars in 5 years. I was so worried about buying a car this time arou First time working with Mike. Between me, my partner and kids we have purchased 6 cars in 5 years. I was so worried about buying a car this time around knowing that Heath is no longer the sales person - his position changed. I contacted him directly for a referral to the best and he hooked me up with Mike. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how I was treated and the ease in moving into my new car. I was also pleasantly surprised that Heath remembered that I LOVE ME a bright and loud colored car so he had Mike pull the bright blue CRV hybrid out proactively for my test drive (last time there was a supply issue and I settled for a white car like a brat lol). Mike was patient with me and my 1000 questions and also did an amazing job with my delivery, vehicle review and got me all set up with CarPlay and seat settings. Me and my family love Silko and plan to keep our business here for years to come. ps: minor differences in the 2025 CRV Hybrid vs 2022 and I LOVE even more. <3 More
