I've purchased many vehicles and never look forward to looking at cars for the mere fact of "salesmen". Rob did not fit into that stereotype at all, and it was truly because of him and his great manner that made me decide to purchase the car. He went out of his way with every step of the process and made it pleasant and pain free. They cashed my check a week early after promising they would not... thus overdrawing my bank account and causing me all sorts of fees.
