I have to say this dealership is outstanding. From the moment I walked in I knew Desiree was going to be amazing and I wasn't wrong. She was easy to talk to, helpful and friendly. I felt no pressure to buy a car and everything was explained to me perfectly. She explained all the new features for my new car and helped me set up the features I never had before. She even helped me move stuff from car to another. Talk about quality care. We ended up being there a little late, but you never would have guessed it, she never made me feel like she was rushed to leave or that I took up too much of her time. She is remarkable and relatable. Juan in finance was awesome. He explained all the details and worked with my with my first payment. There was an instant feeling of comfort when going over the contract and he has an outstanding sense of humor. From walking in and all the way to the follow up I've recieved has been outstanding. This is my 4th dealership, 6th Honda and 10 years of being with Honda and I will certainly be coming back here for my next.
