The entire process from test drive through signing papers was a breath of fresh air compared to most of my dealership experiences, which I’ve had a lot of because I buy and trade in vehicles way too often. I know all the “tricks” and half-truths and broken promises, and none of that happened here. From the Internet communications staff, to the sales staff, to the management team, they all truly seem to care more about having comfortable and satisfied customers than they do selling vehicles.
