Drove away happy I was looking to trade in my Silverado on something new and was looking at the Toyota Tundra. Since we were a little over an hour away from this dealer she called first to confirm that the car was still there. When we got to the dealer's the car had been pulled up front and was running and waiting for us. The sales associate, Michael Rzeznik was right there waiting for us! What a nice first impression!!!! The entire process went very well! Michael was great about getting an extra chair for our daughter and talking to all 3 of us. He took some extra time to make sure that she understood all that was involved. When we left our home we weren't planning on being able to take the new car home that day. We figured we'd have to return a few days later to complete everything. Thanks to Michael we didn't have the make the 2+ hour round trip again! He got us scheduled with the correct people yet that day and made the "moving" process from one car to the other as easy as possible. We REALLY appreciated not having to come back again!!! Michael was also very good about congratulating her on her new car and appreciate that this was a big deal in her life! There was no pressure since they aren't commission and that was also very much appreciated. Michael gave us time and privacy to discuss this as a family too.
