Awesome Customer Service! I had a great experience at Signature! My salesman Randy Klann was very patient with me while I was deciding on what vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and thorough on answering any questions or concerns that I had about the vehicle and went over and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle on the day of delivery. I also received a follow up call a few days after to see if I had any more questions about the vehicle! If I know of anyone that is looking for a vehicle I will definitely recommend Randy! Excellent Customer Service! We were interested in buying a used Toyota Camry hybrid and were not able to find many in our local area to test drive or that met our specifications We were interested in buying a used Toyota Camry hybrid and were not able to find many in our local area to test drive or that met our specifications. We expanded our search to within 75 miles and discovered Signature Automotive Group had some available. Severe winter weather and work schedules hampered our attempts to drive to Benton Harbor for a test drive. Salesman Christopher Salinas drove one car of interest to our city (50 miles away) so we could meet, test drive, and discuss our needs. He went above and beyond in building the buyer/seller relationship! He is knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, and fun to work with. He goes the extra mile. Thanks Chris! More

2012 Toyota Rav4 Perfection. This is our first vehicle purchased together as we've recently married. My wife and I never felt more comfortable at a dealership; more Perfection. This is our first vehicle purchased together as we've recently married. My wife and I never felt more comfortable at a dealership; more welcomed or more educated. All our questions plus ones we didn't even think to ask were answered. EVERYONE was incredibly knowledgeable and fully helpful. I'm a skeptic at heart and this place fit the bill for quality, vehicle information, onsite servicing but most of all, great people. We would 100% recommend them. Hopeful customers for life. More
