They would not honor $32 off new battery, although they said battery "failed test". Car was not washed. Felt like a "bait and switch" toe. Two weeks ago another vendor in SV stated that battery was "fin said battery "failed test". Car was not washed. Felt like a "bait and switch" toe. Two weeks ago another vendor in SV stated that battery was "fine"..Rep could not explain difference. I felt like I was asking a barber if I needed a haircut. I have generally not been a big fan of dealership service departments in the past, but I am very happy with Sierra Toyota's service department. They work with me and do a good job. I get less run around with departments in the past, but I am very happy with Sierra Toyota's service department. They work with me and do a good job. Brought vehicle in for oil change, check tire pressure, and inspection. Didn't see it until later, but the spare tire cover was really scratched from where the technician had laid it on the ground/concret and inspection.
