Unpredictable. 45 minute to an hour service took 2 1/2 plus hours. Have trust issues, in that when told something should be replaced, does it. A couple of days before the service, I had replaced the air filter and the items in the glove box appeared not to have been moved leading me to question if the cabin filter had been inspected. More
