I like getting my Toyota serviced here, it’s a Toyota dealer service. I give this visit at most 3 stars. I brought it in for scheduled maintenance which includes taking tires off to check brakes. Tech wh dealer service. I give this visit at most 3 stars. I brought it in for scheduled maintenance which includes taking tires off to check brakes. Tech who performed the service scratched and chipped the paint on my wheels. If I would have caught this when I picked it up I would have made Sierra Toyota pay to paint my wheels. On top of that, torque specs for lug nuts on my vehicle, 2014 Sienna, call for 76 ft pounds of torque. Tech over torqued lug nuts excessively. I had to stand and bounce on the lug nut wrench to loosen lug nuts to take the wheels off for cleaning, I weigh 230lbs. Luckily wheels did not crack from excessive torque. this is unacceptable. A Toyota tech should know torque specs and apply them for all maintenance performed specially something like wheels as they are actually a safety item. I do recommend this Toyota service center but I will make sure the tech who worked on my vehicle does not work on it again. More
