I live out of town, so I contacted this dealership over the internet and received a call-back to my home the same day. Since I was inquiring about a specific car, Jason had this car pulled up to the buildi the internet and received a call-back to my home the same day. Since I was inquiring about a specific car, Jason had this car pulled up to the building and ready for a test drive. Jason was friendly, sympathetic and knowledgeable. I felt that the entire staff was focused on helping me buy my car and I never felt intimidated by the process. I would recommend Sierra-Toyota to anyone who values a family-like atmosphere, a wonderful architectural environment and great value. The staff was wonderful, including the service employee who came to my rescue in a parking lot in answer to my distress call--apparently I was so excited that I forgot how to shift! This staff is outstanding and I can't say enough about the service they provide. More
