I was very pleased with the service I received at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. My Outback was vandalized having a side window totally smashed out. Victor checked me in efficiently and competently with courtesy. He said the service would take an hour and a half. It did. I’m an old man. He was respectful. There is a nice waiting area.
