I am very grateful and lucky Sierra Subaru was able to find an opening for in their service department in the afternoon when I called in the morning. Jamie in the service department was quick in processin find an opening for in their service department in the afternoon when I called in the morning. Jamie in the service department was quick in processing my documents when I arrived. And when the work was done, Jamie showed me the results on paper and what is needed the next time. Catherine was great from the moment I stepped into the Service Dept! She was wonderful, friendly, professional, on top of my visit, and had a friendly smile! I was due for a 24 month free service but missed the date due to Covid. My service advisor Rafael Ibarra covered me anyway, and there was no charge. My car was ready on time. I worked with Jaime Vega and truly appreciate how knowledgeable and responsive he was. I was able explain the issue that I was experiencing and he was able to identify the possible root causes of th knowledgeable and responsive he was. Then he would have 2-3 recommendations to resolve the issue which gave me plenty of options to work with. In addition, his relationship management was great.
