I will admit that my experience is not the typical one and even with some bumps it was a great one. I took my 2018 Impreza Sport (I had just purchased it through Carvana 4 days earlier) into Sierra Subaru and even with some bumps it was a great one. I took my 2018 Impreza Sport (I had just purchased it through Carvana 4 days earlier) into Sierra Subaru for a new Wheel Bearing, They replaced both rear bearings the same day! Great service. Then the tech found the big issue. A blown head gasket. So they went back and forth with the warranty company, I went back and forth with the warranty company. All the while Sierra Subaru provided me with a free loaner car. (Which 2 weeks later I got into an accident in, my insurance covered it) Then It seemed like the Service Writer I had been dealing with was ignoring my calls, texts, emails. Turns out he was no longer working there. However the Service Manager Joe West took over and made sure the car was taken care of. At the end they replaced the Long block on the car per the warranty companies request. Joe made me a fan of their service dept. and I could not be happier. More

The time taken to diagnose the problem with my windshield wiper squirter was way too long. It took one and a half hours before I heard anything about it.
