After 2 weeks and 4 phone calls I finally got a service appointment. I called the claim department in New Jersey about the radio and media system and I guess they didn't tell your service department about appointment. There were no delays with my appointment time, I was immediately greeted and helped by a customer service person, Catherine Camacho, who was excepti There were no delays with my appointment time, I was immediately greeted and helped by a customer service person, Catherine Camacho, who was exceptionally good at what she does. She understood the service issue I had come in for, she arranged for Lyft rides to and from the dealership, and when I came back, she greeted me outside before I even got inside to the service desk. That has never happened before. The experience was very positive and has caused me to be more open about using the dealership for future service. I have always been reluctant as previous experiences usually resulted in long wait times even for something simple like an oil change. This time I was in and out quickly and even got a ride home and was able to get a couple of things done. More
