Had a great experience at Sierra Subaru. James was very accommodating from the beginning and got me the best price right off the bat. When we arrived we found him quickly and he was very helpful since we h accommodating from the beginning and got me the best price right off the bat. Stacie was walking by and suggested we go to the service department but wasn't able to right then due to James and my wife being on a test drive. We were able to go the service department which was a relief since we had our newborn with us. When we got to finance Leo was very helpful and willing to work with us on the pricing. Overall experience was excellent! More

George Lin from internet sales was great! He was very kind, patient, attentive and did not try to push us at all in purchasing a vehicle. I informed him that we were initially dealing with Subaru of Glen kind, patient, attentive and did not try to push us at all in purchasing a vehicle. I informed him that we were initially dealing with Subaru of Glendale and he told me that he would either meet or beat their quote. I'm glad we actually went with him because I later found out that a relative of mine had dealt with Glendale Subaru and did not like dealing with them because he felt like they weren't being truthful about their prices, later adding more and more to their initial quote with unknown fees. So happy we didn't deal with them! As for pricing, George was very transparent and told me that "he didn't play any games". I like that! We ended up purchasing a Forester Touring with a fair price that my wife and I were comfortable with. Since purchasing the vehicle a few days ago, George has texted and emailed me asking me to see if I had any questions or needed anything; that's amazing customer service! If you or anyone you know want to purchase or lease a Subaru, I highly recommend going to Sierra Subaru of Monrovia and ask for George Lin! THANK YOU GEORGE! More
