Four hours for a two hour job! I went in for the air bag recall. Advisor Ibarra stated it would be two hours to complete the job. I would wait for the vehicle. During the four hours, not one person cleaned the "waiting room" despite Subaru of America claim the service areas would be cleaned regularly. Coffee was good, fruit rolls as a snack. Tap water for water. But during the four hours, Ibarra was observed to be shipping online at Best Buy for PS4, how unprofessional while I waited and waited. He gave me the bad news I 'needed a water pump' but it wasn't in stock, would have to be ordered - cost 699, plus 300 dollars for labor. Later, a male customer was told his bad news, major work needs to be done, very costly, but his advisor gave him a great deal at $600 dollars! Wow, I must be chopped liver, or heaven forbid, a female. Anyway, it was freezing and I was beginning to feel ill from the cold, so upon walking around and observing the service bays, my car was abandoned, no one working on it after three hours! After seeking the service manager, not available, and taking a faraway shot of my vehicle not being service, suddenly two people were inside working on it! After four hours, it was ready. I was shivering cold by then so took off and hope to never have to go to that horrible, unprofessional place again. More

Fast and easy purchase I sent emails to 3 Subaru dealerships with what I was looking for and a couple questions. George at Sierra Subaru responded quickly with answers and a I sent emails to 3 Subaru dealerships with what I was looking for and a couple questions. George at Sierra Subaru responded quickly with answers and a couple questions of his own so he could pick out the vehicle I wanted and get a price to me. He quickly got back to me with a Forester matching my requests. The price was good and George prepared the paperwork while I drove to the dealership. This was during Covid-19 so I wanted as little time at dealership as possible. Was way more comfortable doing most of the discussion from home. Best experience I’ve had with a dealership and salesperson. More

Phillip was great salesman, he was friendly, honest, patient, accommodating and easygoing. I liked how he took the time to show us all the different features of the car. Once we decided to return and make a decision of purchasing the car, Max again was helpful in answering all our questions and respectful in allowing us to make our decision without pressure. Because of Max, we purchased the car at Sierra Subaru. Unfortunately, our experience with David Troung was regretful. During the financing, we felt pressure to purchase three different maintenance and protection plans we did not want but were pressed to add. So, we left with a purchase amount way over our budget. To whom it may concern, be warned before dealing with the finance department. On the bright side, I highly recommend Max Hernandez. He is a true professional! More

Straight forward, Easy to deal with. Went in for a test drive. Wanted a specific color/package which was not available. Went back and fourth through email.
