I would strongly recommend working with James Aguirre. He was very helpful and straight to the point when it came to dealing. There wasn’t as much back and forth haggling as he already offered a fair bo He was very helpful and straight to the point when it came to dealing. There wasn’t as much back and forth haggling as he already offered a fair bottom line out the door price for our new Outback. Also, when we came in person to secure the vehicle, we advised him that we were in a bit of a rush due to work later that evening. He ensured that all the paperwork was completed as quickly as possible and that we would be bumped up in line with the finance department. Overall, we were satisfied with his extremely welcoming attitude and he definitely delivered on price, timeliness, and service. Also, the finance manager, David, went through all paperwork in detail while also mindful of getting us out in time. David also explained the additional service/warranty options but wasn’t overly aggressive in trying to sell it. In the end, we knew we were getting a reliable vehicle so therefore did not opt for any extended warranty. More

She's very sincere, funny, very thoughtful and straighforward. Finance processing with David Truong was easy, quick, informative, and stress free. We've tried other dealerships like Glendale Subaru and Irvine Subaru. They DON'T CARE as much as the folks here. I didn't feel welcome and taken seriously at Irvine. The Internet Service Manager at Irvine made me feel like I was wasting his time even though I drove over an hour to negotiate a sale. Don't waste time with other Subaru dealerships. Just see Sierra Subaru of Monrovia and ask for Stacy. She and her manager will help you find the car, model, color, options and the price you want even if they don't have it on the lot but also do your homework to get the deal you are looking for. More
