I called the general line and Michael Conquilla answered the call. He was very friendly and I went in for a test drive. When I got there, he wasn't available but his colleague, Abdul, assisted me. Both of them were very pleasant to talk to. A few days later I decided on the model I wanted and started price shopping. Michael Conquilla offered competitive pricing and honored the price even when I got there. (Some dealers would get you in but changed their offer). Highly recommend Michael Conquilla!! More

After 2 weeks and 4 phone calls I finally got a service appointment. I called the claim department in New Jersey about the radio and media system and I guess they didn't tell your service department about appointment. She understood the service issue I had come in for, she arranged for Lyft rides to and from the dealership, and when I came back, she greeted me outside before I even got inside to the service desk. That has never happened before. The experience was very positive and has caused me to be more open about using the dealership for future service. I have always been reluctant as previous experiences usually resulted in long wait times even for something simple like an oil change. This time I was in and out quickly and even got a ride home and was able to get a couple of things done. More
