I want to compliment Jamie Vega on his very professional and courteous discussions we have had over the last few years with battery replacements in my 2017 Subaru Outback Touring. Two replacements after the original battery. I seemed to always talk with Jamie and he was very understanding about my returns for this situation. My compliments to him. He is a fine representative and I hope he moves up in the organization. I am a retiree from the Automobile Club of So Cal. Automotive Engineering and early on with the Approved Repair Program. back in the late 70's. More

Very promp and courteous person assisted me his name was Joseph Dithomas. Thoroughly checked my car, even found a window that wasn’t rolling up properly. Explained all items that were to be done. A little background, I am retired and an army veteran. It's been 15 years since purchasing a new car. While doing marketing research, I took numerous factors into account: safety rating, customer confidence, and vehicle durability. My conclusion was a subaru. I chose a subaru crosstrek base model. As a costco member, I filled out a members-only price sheet and within one hour, received a call from Oscar, the internet sales manager with Sierra subaru in Monrovia, California. Oscar was right up front with us that they had no base models in stock, but they did have a number of premium models available. He sent me a picture and a video of their inventory. I felt that Oscar was going the extra mile and decided to visit his dealership even though it was 100 miles away from my home. As it turns out, a wise decision on my part. Oscar demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of what I was looking for without any pressure or hidden agenda. After deciding with my wife, the vehicle we wanted, I was introduced to Cristine, the general manager. She helped us navigate an out-the-door price for the car and arranged to have the vehicle delivered so as not to drive the 200 mile round-trip to the dealer. My wife and I couldn't be more appreciative of the new car buying experience while working with Cristine and Oscar.
