I had the best service experience at Sierra Subaru would! Rafael Ibarra went out of his way to make my first visit exceptional! He took the time to review my car’s history and make sure everything was up to Rafael Ibarra went out of his way to make my first visit exceptional! He took the time to review my car’s history and make sure everything was up to date. I was escorted to a comfortable waiting area and when my car was ready, he came and got me. While I was waiting he sent me a video update of what was happening during service to my car and what the findings were. At check out he advised me of what was needed for my next service. He escorted me out to show me where my car was when finished. Best service! Thank you Rafael for being an excellent service manager and making me feel so comfortable.
