George Lin from internet sales was great! He was very kind, patient, attentive and did not try to push us at all in purchasing a vehicle. I informed him that we were initially dealing with Subaru of Glen kind, patient, attentive and did not try to push us at all in purchasing a vehicle. I informed him that we were initially dealing with Subaru of Glendale and he told me that he would either meet or beat their quote. I'm glad we actually went with him because I later found out that a relative of mine had dealt with Glendale Subaru and did not like dealing with them because he felt like they weren't being truthful about their prices, later adding more and more to their initial quote with unknown fees. So happy we didn't deal with them! As for pricing, George was very transparent and told me that "he didn't play any games". I like that! We ended up purchasing a Forester Touring with a fair price that my wife and I were comfortable with. Since purchasing the vehicle a few days ago, George has texted and emailed me asking me to see if I had any questions or needed anything; that's amazing customer service!
